SPENCER LAKE SUMMER CAMP

Background:

Spencer Lake Summer Camp is in Waupaca, WI; every summer it brings in students from all over Wisconsin and Northern Michigan. For the past two years, I have had the pleasure of overseeing the brand and creating many designs that resulted in thousands of items sold.

 

Goal:

Create a variety of apparel designs that stay relevant over the years to an audience of different ages and genders.

Process:

When I first started designing for Camp, I reviewed the logo and previous pieces to develop a stronger brand. I researched continually, both our work and the work of other camps, to add more diversity to our apparel. I work on a team with my boss and another co worker to choose the pieces, and then I create the logos and select colors for each item. Inspiration turns to sketches, and sketches to graphics.
